About the Organiser
FIRDAOUS INTEGRATED SERVICES (FIS) is a consulting, business management, capacity-building and research-based consortium of legal and policy experts whose services add value to the businesses of its clients. Founded in Nigeria and registered with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), FIS’s priority is the provision of first-class pro-active leadership, good governance, business management, legal and socio-economic research, capacity building and advisory services to its clients in line with the rules of ethics, international standard and best practices, fair play and professionalism. FIS provides seamless and tailor-made services in accordance with industry standards and designed to promote clients’ efficiency and effectiveness. FIS’s clients include government agencies, non-governmental, corporate and multi-national organizations, private companies cum institutions and individuals. So far, FIS has conducted trainings for participants from Nigeria, Uganda, Tanzania, Kenya, Zambia and South Sudan.

UNIVERSITY OF KIGALI, SCHOOL OF LAW
University of Kigali, School of Law in Rwanda. Located a short distance away from the Rwandan Parliament, the Ministry of Justice, the Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court. The School of Law is ideally located to offer its students a rich exposure to law making and implementation as well as interactions with the foremost institutions of law in Rwanda. Their students can regularly attend sessions in Parliament as well as hearings in the highest courts in the land. Studying Law at University of Kigali goes beyond legal concepts in law and literature to studying and questioning the law-making process as well as legal practice. They seek to bring real life scenarios to the classroom and enrich their students’ learning experience with hand-on practical exercises.
